Tea?????????

Here is a question I thought I'd never have to ask. Neither myself or Tracey drink the stuff so our house is a tea free zone. However, Tracey's mum does and is coming over soon. Back in the UK she drinks 'Yorkshire Tea'. Can any tea drinkers advise us what tea to get in for her arrival???

You're English and you don't drink tea?! What is THAT about!?!

Thanks everyone. Guess I'll be looking for a yellow box. Don't think I could stand the smell going into specialist tea houses. :nah::biglaugh:

Liptons is too weak for me you have to brew the bag till the water is nearly cold for a decent strong cup, unless you get liptons intense, but the strings get on my nerves. Dilmah is good but a bit perfumy, my fav after 31/2 yrs reseach is Coles own round tea bags, watch ouy there are the same box ones with strings, took me ages to cut them off. It works out cheaper too.

I have seen yorkshire Tea on the international section in coles!!! Or you can buy Tetley tea in any supermarket. The deli downstairs in the collonnades also sells yourkshire tea. The best bet would be for your mum to put a box in her suitcase (along with the bisto and prawn cocktail crisps!!!)

Julie you took the words right out of my mouth haha

I have see it in coles and the deli also, the deli also sells the cocktail crisps and a few other english bits

so there should be any problems with getting the yorkshire tea you desire :)

THanks everyone, I will look in coles for the Yorkshire tea. Have already got in the green tea she likes. She can't bring any tea in her suitcase as so many people have given her bits for the children she is running out of room for her own clothes and she is coming for 3 months!!

Thanks again
