Air Con Engineer in NE Suburbs

Hi

Anyone know a good air con engineer in the north easter/northern suburbs? Guy we normally used is fully booked until 24th November and our reverse cycle air conditioning has failed to restart after power outage yesterday - just like it did in February when we had the last heatwave!!!!

Thanks Rachel/Jeff - not too bad for me and OH as we can escape and come into work for some relief, but my parents are staying at the moment and it's a bit hotter than they're used to in the UK - plus daughter should have really stayed off sick from school today as she has bad chest infection, but had to send her to school as probably cooler there than at home!!!

 

Bloody EDSA! Last time they did this it blew the control board which we got replaced, and sure enough, exactly the same thing seems to have happened this time!

We used Mecair for a routine service and they were fine. I'm sure they will do repair work as well. They are in Mile End, tel 8234 0599, but may have branches nearer to you or be prepared to come out anyway.

Just wanted to say thanks for this tip - had the Mecair guy out on Friday and he managed to fix the system - now all I want is the 40 degree weather back so I can really appreciate it!

 

Mecair were great on the phone too, very helpful and sympathetic, and would have come out the week before if we hadn't been going away.

It's good to know when recommendations do work out. It'll probably be low 20s for rest of summer now you've had it fixed - I don't think so!
