Air Con

With the weather heating up (!) we are going to need a portable air conditioner unit. Can anyone advise on the best place to get one, or the best one to get please?

 

We are in OAA accommodation and they only provide a fan, and it's starting to get hot in here!

Try Radio Rental down South Road - not to far from the Brickworks - they sell second hand one.

 

We brought two 4 years ago - are they have been well worth the money.

They also have a clearance centre in Prospect, main north rd.

Had a good look round yesterday, asked lots of questions & got an understanding of what we needed. Ended up getting one from Betta Electrical on Grand Junction Road, spotted it as we were passing. Very helpful staff, & got a deal for cash.

Works great & does the job, & had a very good nights sleep!

The portables aren't exactly quiet, but we got a demo of the ones we looked at so we could hear them as well.
