Try and perform at least ten of the following sixteen exercises every

day. Vary your routine. Try not to use the same ten exercises on

consecutive days>

 

1) Beat around the bush

 

2) Jump to conclusions

 

3) Climb the walls

 

4) Wade through the morning paper

 

5) Drag your heels

 

6) Push your luck

 

7) Make mountains out of molehills

 

8) Hit the nail on the head

 

9) Bend over backwards

 

10) Run around in circles

 

11) Pull out all the stops

 

12) Start the ball rolling

 

13) Go over the edge

 

14) Pick up the pieces

 

15) Push the boat out

 

16) Go the extra mile (please seek medical advice before attempting

this one)
