Mother's Day Classic - raising funds for Breast cancer research

Hi all

 

We have set up a team called "Lady Poms" to do the 4k walk on Sunday 9th May at the Mother's Day Classic. This is for a brilliant cause to raise funds for breast cancer research . At the moment Lady Poms are the 4th overall fundraising team, but we have a long way to go to reach 3rd place. If you would like to donate to this cause, you can do so online at one of our individual sites and all the money is pooled together for our team. You can donate in any currency. Ah now there is a challenge- could be persuaded to do the 7.2 km run :unsure:I ran a similar event for Cancer Research in the UK its all for an excellent cause and there’s always a good atmosphere. Anyone else up for running??

I participate in similar event and we had great result as collecting about 500.000$.
