Just starting a debate on Clairvoyants and religion after some asked about Clairvoyants on another thread and took a little bit of grief and fun being made of them for believing in such things.
To me Clairvoyants are just a con like all religions but Clairvoyants are more up front about it. I remember watching a doco years ago about this and how they ask certain questions to judge a persons response to give them clues to that person also how they read facial expressions for reactions to those questions.
I tried this and went to a very highly respected Clairvoyant as an experiment about 5 years ago dressed as a facial burns person so my face was completely covered, kept my hands in my pockets and gave them a load a really wrong answers and then got fed the biggest load of crap possible about my life, what was in the future for me.
When they finished I took off the mask and told them what a load of rubbish and was escorted off the premises.
There maybe some Clairvoyants that can predict the future for people and there are people that are really strong believers in this sort of thing but is there belief in this clouding there judgment to what they really want to hear before what really is ?.
Next Religion. Why do people feel the need to believe in something like religion?
Religion has been the cause directly and indirectly of most wars. What is the point of it if it causes so much grief and hassle?
I’ve always been a person who seeks legitimate answers to questions so why is it people and history can prove the existence and demise of dinosaurs, people and history can prove Egyptian pharaoh’s were who they really were so why cant history, people, science or anything else prove that there are gods, profits, heaven and hell, Jesus, Mohamed, Jehovah and anyone or anything one else the bible, Koran or scriptures claims to exist or existed.
Why do people feel the need to believe in such things and do such radical and terrible things to others in the name of it, is it because it was forced on them as kids when they were going up or later in life, was it there own choice to believe in such stuff.
These questions are to pick on any one religion just to find out why they believe in religion and have they seen or been shown any proof that is really exist.
