Petrol below $1 a litre

Filled up yesterday (and saw the price the same this morning) for less than a $1 a litre for the first time in ages!

 

(Price was actually 104.3, but remembered to take a voucher with me for once, and bought some milk so that was an extra 6c off per litre, plus got a receipt which will give me the equivalent of another 4c off per litre when I next shop at Hope Valley Foodland - so effectively I paid $94.3c/litre!!)

We only found out the other day that if you buy something from inside the petrol station you get another 2c off per litre, my wife was ecstatic as she loves a good bargain

LOL Lee, and if you get a receipt and spend over $30 at Foodland Hope Valley, they give you the equivalent of another 4c/litre off the price of your shopping!!

the prices must be droping the caltex on main north road near para hills was only 99 cents a litre the otherday too!
