It's crap,I reckon governments are trying to save money on prison time.

 

Perhaps while they are in they should be making Cat O' Nine Tails?? That might really send a message to the scum/twisted and light fingered.

Too many politcally correct do gooders in Nottingham!!!! I lost count of the amount of kids whose parents were given a second chance time and time again.. to the point it would have been comically.. if it weren't so tragic!!!
