SGIC - have been for a few years now. Great for cost and were fab when i had a bump. Car repaired very quickly and courtesy car to use whilst it was repaired!

we are with budget for both our cars, cheapest insurance we found by a couple of hundred bucks. they do a discount if you insure a second car or home/contents insurance as well

We went with bingle. Loads cheaper than RAA and no need to dig out UK no claims either.

Be careful of cheap car insurance as you often get what you pay for! Check exactly what your getting for the money so you can see if you're getting value for money or not. All the Aussies at work use RAA. You get a discount if you take out breakdown cover as well. Plus the RAA card gets you all sorts of discounts. Just got 20% off a pair of proper hiking boots!

We have used Allianz for years. They are excellent. You can have one crash a year and still keep your no claims bonus!!

It depends who you go with and what you pay. Like the UK fully comp covers different things depending on the cover bought. Check a few sites online and see what is offered. You can then decide what features are important to you and check they appear in the cover you're looking at.
