How Far? What Suburb?

We have to move out of our rental by the beginning of Oct so i have now started looking at different suburbs to where we are, as its a dog eat dog world renting and we may not have the luxury of staying in Unley.

 

We like Stirling but not sure what the commute time would be in the morning to get to the CBD. Can anyone shed any light on this or offer different suburbs to check out? We dont want to be too far out (30 mins max).

 

Oh and also, how long does it take to get your bond back from the agent once you have left the property?

 

Not looking forward to packing everything up AGAIN either.

I agree, takes me 2 minutes into the city yet it shows more than double the time and thrice the distance.
