Hurrah!Just had the call to say we've exchanged. Bitter sweet moment as I love my house. Hope we have made the right descision and that property prices don't decide to rocket now.Just need to get our PR and then we can buy and get out of the renting nightmare.Good luck to all others still waiting to sell.Michelle
