1 More Sleep To Go !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well after 3 years in the making tonight is our last night in the UK before flights tomorrow

Final night in a hotel room and just finished packing (at long last) threw out some more bits and bobs and apart from getting something to eat there is nothing left to do apart from to go to bed and wait for the alarm to go of at 04.30

This week has gone by in a blur of farewells and nights out and to be honest i will just be glad to get on the plane now to have a day of organising things and meeting people.

Before i log of though i would just like to say a big thank you to everyone on the forum who has ever gave me advice and help or just made me laugh. Without this forum we would have had to use an agent but whenever we needed to know something there was always someone who had the answer or could point us in the right direction. It has helped me book rentals, cars, tickets, and complete my trades recognition. Also helped with insight to schools, work, areas, and shopping. In short it has gave us everything we need to for the best possible start down under.

Thank you to all of you and see you down under :notworthy:

Wow! How exciting! You've finally reached the next stage and we're very envious!

We wish you and your family all the best and maybe see you on the other side some day!

Good luck!

Good luck with the flight, be sure to nip in and let us know when you arrive (or are half way there and on your stopover even :P )

Whoo hoo!

Bon voyage!

What time do you land in Adelaide?

I can sometimes see the flights coming in, so I will wave at all aircraft in that time-frame!

If you spot the beach, the Glenelg Eye and a mad woman waving at the end of the jetty; that will be me!!

Have a safe and restful flight.

Hi all, first tip for the flight over when at the airport steal a porters trolley. It makes lugging the 200kls of luggage a hell of a lot easier. We get in at 0600 on Monday morning as have a 13 hour lay over in Singapore. 20 mins to go till check in but first in the queue, then 4 hours to kill before the flight takes of !!!!!
