Thank you Diane, I struggle forth in the face of adversity, lol. Our paths will cross sooner or later, if not till MT's bash.
Have popped a hug in the kitty for you. now your scared!
I don't like morning people...or mornings...or people.
I must be the only one that hasn't worn a jacket all winter then,
4th winter in and it's been the wettest yet but still don't think it's been that bad.
Our first winter here and yep its colder than what you imagine its going to be...which during the day i dont mind, the right clothes and its sooo much warmer than a UK winters day, BUT the part i cant stand is the house and how cold it is!! You get up in the morning and automatically think what another cold day it is,but 9 times out of 10 when you step outside its far warmer than it was in the house!!I hate coming home from work at 6pm and walking into a freezing house, and out of everything in the UK that I miss...central heating and radiators are both by far at the top of my list(after family and friends of course!!)
Visa granted 12/04/2011 - Flights booked for 31st August 2011
Touchdown in Adelaide on 2nd September 2011 - let the fun begin!!
I haven't been wearing a coat yet either....but that's because they are all somewhere between the UK and Adelaide. We knew it was going to be a bit on the chilly side, but Pickfords packed the coats before we had chance to say anything. Still, if this is as bad as it gets, I'm happy with that. Bit chilly in the evenings though and the hailstones on Friday were a bit alarming!
Hope its a scorcher of a summer!Never mind spring is just around the corner!xx
