Not now,just used the last bit, new house does not have a slow combustion. Going for a gas fore,so much easier and cleaner.

Next time I have the car I'm going to drive over to Burnside shopping centre to check out that tree for myself. Not for any other reason you understand, just to check the tree. There will certainly be no shopping going on while I am there.

Best/most classy shopping centre in South Australia in my opinion, great food places too! And I hate shopping!!

It's starting to go green at the top where there is air circulation but i heard they tried this in three or four other places with the same results.

 

Massive irrigation system in the basement but nothing (i am aware of) that will simulate rain falling on the leaves (washing off the dust/dirt)

Guess it must be pine(ing) for moisture

 

But then again that would provide a slippery surface and too many insurance claims
