Hi Guys,anyone know where i could buy some Frangipanis for my daughters upcoming 18th birthday.

Hi Sue! I have never seen them for sale in a florist etc, i'm not sure you would, they do not have stems as such, i guess to put them in a vase you would have to have the branch in there. They are hugely delicate and "bruise" if touched much and go brown. I used them on a wedding cake decoration a while back and had to take them from the tree just the flower i then kind of floated them in a bowl of water kind of like water lillies, some of them lasted a couple of days. I think your best bet would be to look out for a flowering tree near you and just knock and ask if you could pick some, i think most people with a big tree would let you as they get hundreds of flowers on.:wubclub:
