Starting a business in South Australia

Does anyone know anything about starting a new small business in South Australia?

 

I am moving out in September and will most likely continue working with my current employer as support/consultant and was wondering how difficult, complicated and costly it could be to set up a consultancy firm. The company is in Israel and I don't believe there is a tax agreement with Australia so don't want to be in a situation where I would pay tax in both countries.

 

Any pearls of wisdom that can be offered would be great.
