aren't we lucky to have fabulous weather for the long weekend? Just come back from the food shop where it was really busy - hardly no bread left!

We are going to go to Normanville for the afternoon, then plan to spend the whole day on the beach on Monday! I cant wait - Its such a great atmosphere at the beach on Aussie day!

So, what's everyone else's plans?

Heading to see the TDU tomorrow. Not going to do the Australia Day parade or concert in town though. We'll be there from 8am onwards so by the time the race finishes and we see the GC winner on the podium it'll be time to head home and chill out.

Monday we are just having a quiet day. Might head to the beach but other than that, no real plans. Hubby is working as in the UK its a normal working day so he doesn't take a day off for this public holiday.

We'll be unpacking and cleaning the old house. Moved out of our rental in to our newly built house on Thursday and everything is still a bit upside down. We were going to go in to the CBD to see some of the Australia Day stuff but not sure if we will make it in.
