Mod question

A question for a mod....just went to post a thread and it said it has to be approved by a mod....something changed??

 

but obviously this one didn't need it!!!???

Sometimes if you include a link in a post it goes into moderation before being approved - this is to avoid spam. There are a few anti-spam measures in place which sometimes catch perfectly innocent posts

 

(I've approved your other post by the way and released from the moderators' captivity into the wilds of the forum!)

Another Mod question please...the 'edit' feature now only seems to be available for a short period, where as you used to be able to go back to your posts whenever and edit them, or is this just happening to me? Thank you.

This is for everyone now. I think its a 10 minute window within which to edit now once you post. After that, if you wish to edit or delete it you can report the post and ask mods to make the changes to it.

Ok thanks for the reply. I sometimes re-read my post and think that wording doesn't make sense or I have spelt that wrong and go back and change it, but no worries.
