Artist Question - Name required!

I'm doing a project at the local school and want to put up an art display which uses fruit/veg to make pictures.

 

Does anyone know the name of that famous artist that painted a picture of a face but used fruit and veg as the nose, ears etc???

Its recently been on the SA Gov adverts, saying eat 5 and 2 every day.......
