Ever felt you're being scammed?

We had a letter through this morning from Spain, saying that a relative of our had died and left us 7.5 million dollars!

 

Yeh, right I just knew straight away this was a scam and laughed at the "confidential" letter sent through.

 

Just to double check my dubious nature I looked on Scam Shield http://www.scamshield.com/

 

and found a whole list of people in Aus, dating back to 2002, who had be sent the same letter.

 

Anyone had the same kind of thing happen to them?

lol I received one about some lottery in some country I had never heard of, I won millions! All I had to do was enter my bank details and they would send it through to me. fabulous!

 

I find snope is good for weeding out the good from the bullshi7 not that I needed to check this one out!
