Well done Tyke and mates. What huge snapper!
I'll second the Glenelg River as a good place to visit, not necessarily even for fishing.
Not into fishing myself - have too much sympathy for the fish, and could never kill one. I do like to eat fish though!

I've got to admit that crew spots on the tub are scarce. I have a list I work round.
About time that Cornish bloke caught a Snapper though

I think the last time I went out with Russell my name became Jonah. Never seen a legal snapper on his boat. Don't live up to my name down here though, should call me John West, got so much tuna even the cat's gone veggie! :p

That's a nice snapper, but then you are only 3 feet tall
:p
You gotta try the tuna down here mate, someone had one 105kg in only 30m of water, wouldn't even know how to get it onboard...proper mad fishing!
Some right idiots going for them too, I found 4 blokes in a 14 foot tinny, 25hp outboard heading for the shelf.....until we gave them the idea that it might be a bit too far for them
muppets. Where would they put their tuna?

I'm fancying a bit of Tuna.Might have to make the trek down one day.
Nabbed a few more Salmon off the rocks today. Loads biting but getting them up the rocks is tough!

You can always stay here mate, only 25 mins to TUUUUNAA! 3 fishermen = 6 tuna take home, loads catch and release = good day! No lomit on albies, and they taste even better too!

Oh yeah, the salmon down here are 3-4kg too, had a couple after work last week. Amazing fun on light line. :)
