This is one of the few areas where Oz seemed to be ahead of the UK in. Maybe not now, what with all these gluten free fad diets, but when I got here 7.5 years ago I remember being impressed with all the gluten free options. My best mate has celiacs disease and I remember posting her gluten free biscuits etc lol.
