If you want to look at how much rental is try www.realestate.com.au you could try a noisy around that for a look at comparing current rental prices. I am also hoping to do a masters. Adelaide has three uni's, uni SA, Adelaide Uni and Flinders Uni, so try and have a look at those to see which ones offer the course you want. Flinders is more accessible from the southern suburbs. IMHO Adelaide has good transport links anyway and there is talk of them extending the current Tonsley line up to flinders uni which will increase its accessibility from the northern or western suburbs. I cant offer any advice about rugby clubs tho!
