I've put a few threads up here in recent months and had some extremely good advice and opinions from all the kind and knowledgeable folk on PIA - thanks guys, you know who you are.

Well, I have another question....should we be looking to organise our medical insurance now or when we arrive? and what companies offer good cover at a competitive price? We'll be looking for cover on medical, dental and optical for a family of 4.
