Travel insurance form uk to oz.

Hi, we emigrate in october and need some advice on travel insurance for a one way trip. We usually use Boots travel insurance but to be covered for a single trip we have to finish it in the uk ! they won't cover us to just travel to oz and stay there. Any advice would be great.
