Need to get some extra's cover first which we still have not sorted out...
Actually you may be ok. I have two impacted wisdom teeth but Australian dentist is happy for me to keep them unless one of them gets infected, in which case they'll kill two birds with one stone, and I'd have to get surgeon to take them out.

I have been told by 2 dentists and a specialist over here that I need to have some of my wisdom teeth out despite the fact I don't experience any problems or pain with them.
Before we migrated I visited my UK dentist and he told me the Australian dentists were obsessed with taking out wisdom teeth and to seek his advice if I wanted to, if they suggested taking them out. My UK dentist has since retired but I emailed a copy of the xrays to my UK dental surgery and 2 denists looked at them and they said if they are not giving you any problems, leave them alone!!!

When I was 19 I was told I really needed my 2 upper wisdom teeth removing. I am now 44 and still have them. Both have fillings and not looking good...but until I am in agony I am not having them out. My dentist is cool with that. Personally I would rather go through labour again rather than having my teeth out.
My daughter had 2 teeth removed and 2 submerged teeth pulled down. It cost $650 for a day bed at Blackwood hospital alone. We got money off the surgeons fees as it was classed as dental.
