Dentist/dental insurance

Hi,

 

Havent been in Adelaide long and havent got private dental insurance...yet!

 

OH has just gone and chipped his tooth so now we are looking into it! Ive read a few posts in this section and it seems dental insurance is the way to go- any advice on who? Looking at Noble and bupa- does anyone know any with out waiting times?

 

ANyone been in our situation? Not sure whether to just get him to go to dentist and pay or get dental insurance quick and wait it out for a while!

 

Any advice on the subject would be great- thanks

we are with bupa... used it a few times.. all good...

 

dont know of any without waiting times though, any quotes that i have had always specified waiting times

Hi.... We were with Bupa...just cancelled as was getting more expensive having and not using everything!! We are now with Noble...who so far see really good.

Hi Dan,

 

if you swap or move to another provider.. do you have to do your waiting period again?

Noble don't have a waiting period as they are a dental plan only....! if you go to another generic health provider pretty sure you have to do another waiting period.
