Hi i was wondering if anyone on this site works for rdns or home nurses? I have worked at a private hospital in adelaide for almost 4 years and im thinking of making the transition into community care. Can anyone tell me if you can work set days and do you get shift penelties for weekend shifts with rdns and home nurses? Also how well supported are you?
