Travel insurance

hi everyone,
just wanted to ask everyone who had already migrated to oz , what did you do about travel insurance.. Spoke to travel agents and cant really take just normal travel ins as if we needed to make a claim would need to be back in the uk,,

Any Ideas??? can anyone recommend any companies??

Took the insurance out there and then on the telephone. It was really easy and no paper work.
