Cost of Medicals

Probably been asked a million times, does anyone know a rough cost for Medicals on a Perm Visa? Penny

£200 each that is medical +chest x-ray. Thats what we got charged

Think it is a standard rate as our came to about the same.

Hi Penny,

are you north or south wales? We phoned the cardiff panel doctors and their fees were very high. Went to Bristol instead and it was £110 each for adults plus about £20 blood tests. X-rays had to be done a week before and cost £55 each

Hi Penny,

we went to the Littfield x-ray centre in bristol one week, then back to Bristol to see Dr McCarthy the next week. We were really pleased with his service - did his very best to put us all at ease and was professional but human! It would be about a two hour trip from you? But was worth it for us as it made the total cost about half of what it would have been in cardiff.

I imagine you could get your x-rays done in cardiff and just have the medical done in bristol if you wanted to save a trip?

HiWe had our medicals a few weeks ago in Cardiff and got quotes from the two providers. The one in the Parade were quite a bit cheaper than the one which is located somewhere Tremorfa. All in we paid about £650 for four of us, only 3 of use needed x-rays.Hope this helpsSam
