Hi All

We recently had a voucher for our two oldest children to have a check up with the dentist. Do you get any help here as far as braces. Our son was lucky in that he had just finished with his before we left the UK and he was one of the last in the UK to get it on the NHS. But our oldest daughter will need one soon.

Any info will be much appreciated.

None at all!

My daughters needs braces and 3 implants - looking at $20,000!!!!!!!! over the next 8 to 10 years!!!!!!

Has 5 baby teeth with no adult teeth coming through! She is nearly 13!!!!

Wow!! Our daughters the same age and thats scary. We tried hard to get her in in the UK but they said she was too young. Oh dear. How much were the braces out of that 20k??

Braces are around $5000 - each implant is around $4000-$5000 but if we play it right with our health cover we can half the costs of the implants just as long as there is a couple of years gap in between them:biglaugh:
