Need a landscape gardener

Hi,

 

We moved into our newly build house a few months back and now need to sort out the front garden ! (need to do the back but this will have to wait)

 

We can maintain a garden but not design one, plus we need 8 to 10 moss rocks.

 

Any recomendations or landscape gardeners on here ?
