does anyone have naked dsl? thinking of not bothering with a landline and just using voip and my mobile for calls. Any thoughts???

That's a good idea as line rental and maintenance is quite expensive here. Not sure about the internet connection or Foxtel, if you need a phone line?

It's not in use everywhere, mail them to check first, sorry if you have already done this. You can get other forms of ADAM, just certain areas don't do naked.

Hey Clare.

 

We have Internode's Naked Extreme service out of necessity rather than choice (6.6km from the exchange) but it works very well. We use it with Skype and their single country subscription ($60 per year) so we get a local Adelaide number too.

 

I have a feeling you might have a problem with Foxtel but you'd best check with them first.

Internode, Adam, Netspace and a few othrs seems to get the best rep. and don't charge you when you go over your quota.
