Has anyone had any dealings with this company. We are looking to purchase a pool from them and would appreciate any feedback.

Based on a friends recommendation, we used them and they have been great. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. We bought a pool with them, then hit rock when digging our hole so had to change the pool, not a problem at all.

Thank you Libby. We were impressed with the company so will probably use them. Who did you use for the excavation and instalation of your pool. Also I have had conflicting advice about the filters, do you have a sand or cartridge filter?. Thanks again.

Cartridge filter will filter out smaller particles than sand.

The cartridge will need to be removed and cleaned every few weeks depending on use and replaced every year (ish) again depending on use. Also wont use up much water doing it.

Sand needs backwashing every few weeks and uses lots of water to do it.

Sand will need changing on average every 5 years.

Its down to personal choice really.

Sand is easier if its plumbed in. Just wizz the leaver around.

Cartridge is a bit messy. Pulling the filter out, hoseing it down, putting it back in.

Swings and roundabouts.
