Thinking of getting our house treated to prevent little (or the big ones for that mater) beasties getting in. Can anyone tell me if it is effective or is it just as good to buy the sprays from the Supermarket. Have heard you can get houses "bombed" - does anyone have this done and can reccomend someone who can do this?

Hey - I've been thinking about the same thing.

We recently secured a rental in Seaford Rise & wasn't as clean as I'd like so we thought there may be a few bugs & used a 'bomb' in each room - came back the next morning (&over next 2days) it seemed to have worked well in killing things but that just made me worry about what it hadn't killed!!!

to be honest though I've not seen any in the last few days. I will prob give a few companies a call see what they say but will still continue with the bomb every three months & I also spray around the door & window frames as they (apparently) wont come over if you do this. We'll see!!

We had our house sprayed last year and after the first couple of days didn't see another spider or fly in the house. If a fly came in it didn't last long enough to get back out!!??

 

We used Aussie Mozzie and will use them this year again. Their number is in the book, think they are based in Fulham/Fulham Gardens.
