It may sound a silly one but im pondering whether to buy a new plasma tv to bring out with me to Australia, i do not know what sort of prices they are over there. In England you can get a decent 32 inch one for the equivelant of $500, is that good or should i wait till i get out there and buy one.
We bought a 42in here last year for $800. Not a make I had heard of before but its going fine. Think they are cheaper in UK though
Better here, cheaper and you can haggle.
Would deffo buy here yours might not work from the uk, plus you won't have no warranty unless they do world wide. There are loads of t.v places here to buy from and like sue says you can haggle them down.
jbhifi have a web site, cheap brand 42" under $800.
Panasonic etc are around $1600 at the moment, have dropped a lot over the last 12 months.
Good Guys will also have a web site.
I agree with the warranty, and tunning the stations in with the set top box specially if built in, would make things easier if bought over here
Buy it over here, no question.
If you get here and it doesn't work, warranty is useless, it'll tie up an adapter or give you another plug to change and your you'll be kicking yourself.
I dont think it'll be cheaper in the long run.
Mods, keep you eye out for new members .
