Bathroom Mirrors

Hi Guys,anyone know places that have a good selection of bathroom mirrors.Hubby has been to IKEA but nothing there we like.

Dunno bout bathroom mirrors but there is a mirror place on Grange road...not sure if they do big mirrors but they do some real fancy stuff in there, i always get stopped there when stuck at the trafiic lights.

Could try Recollections in the city or Stepneys at Thebarton if your tastes are more classic.

for unframed plain mirrors with plain or bevelled edges of any size or shape you cant go past crane glass , master mirror makers and bevellers , they know what they are doing and will probably give you the best price to boot ,

they are good for most glass needs but repairs to antiques and supplying English Georgian glass are what they are best at and trusted to do

could also try derek of stepney on payneham road, we got our bathroom mirror made by him and it wasnt anymore expensive than some at ikea and other shops, and we did look everywhere.

derek makes frames and so forth and does a very good job , he is not a mirror maker or glass cutter /glazier , or in other words he buys them from a company such as crane glass , and he used to when they were more wholesalers than retail many years ago

So do tell have Crane bought their wholesale business back from SA Independant Glass, or are they out sourcing their resilvering work to Hahndorf ?

whats poppycock , mirrors are silvered near Strathalbyn , the glass is cut and prepared by a beveller , SA independant is now VERIDIAN and if Derek is a qualified glass cutter and glazier ,i apologize to him , but he does seem to be more interested in things other than just glass
