      Kardean flooring

      Anyone got it or any opinions on it - we are thinking of having some laid! All opinions welcome
      There are two lasting bequests that we can hope to give our children - one of those is roots: the other is wings!

      Yep - we have it in the bedroom ( Karndean),It's the little and cheaper brother of Amtico which is one of the Rolls Royce of flooring.

      Good stuff,does what it says,hard wearing and easy to clean.

      It MUST be laid professionally on a flexible screed base if laid on a hard surface such as concrete!!!

      We have the walnut herringbone with border around the edge of the room :)

      We had it in the uk & think its great!!

      Also in the process of building & will be having it fitted ..

      A friend recently had it fitted in her new house & it looks fantastic..
      Warmer than tile & more hard wearing than laminate.

      Not cheap, but I think its worth it.

      Yep we had it in the UK too and would definitley prefer it to lots off tiles all the way through it's warmer to the feet!!

      Fantastic - will definately get some quotes - Only concern is that we have a combustion heater to fit and the potential of any fall out from that - will have to get a large hearth!
