Are there any computer boffins that have now joined us in Adelaide and would like a challenge!!

Basically our computer needs a good sort out as it is very slow and no doubt there are lots of redundant programs etc that can be deleted. Also we need help as our video camera files will not play with any audio. We have tried many on-line fixes to no avail.
