Electric storage water heater/plumber

Just found water pouring out from the top of the water heater, so it looks like a new one. We are electric only and no solar but we have off peak electricity. Can anyone recommend a good brand and also plumber.

Not yet, been busy with work and the kids sporting activities. Someone has an old one (5 years) that they said we can have and we have an electrician to wire. I guess the law is that I'll have to get a a plumber to connect, but that's ok.

Cold showers for now :)
