Just to let you know we have been unable to receive Orange and T-Mobile texts from the UK to our Virgin Mobile phones for about 2 weeks. We think it is something to do them changing to EE, although Orange say not, but it has been working fine for the nearly 6 years we have lived here, until they changed to EE!!
Orange say it is Virgin Australia's end and Virgin Australia are looking into it and we are waiting to hear back from them.
I thought I would let people know, because obviously you may not realise the texts are not coming through.
We have got people in the UK to text to Vodafone and Telstra mobiles and they are working fine.
As usual dealing with call centres is very frustrating and you would not believe the problems my in laws are having with Orange over this issue!!!
