garage conversion costs?

Hi

Can anyone give me a rough idea of the costs involved in converting a garage with a toilet and plumbing already in place, but removing a roller door and replacing with a brick wall with a window? We are prepared to do as much of the work as we are capable of, but will need the building, electrical and plumbing all to be done professionally - forgot to mention that a doorway into the main living area in the house would need to be factored in.
