White Goods in House Rentals

Hi there,

 

Can anyone confirm what you get in the way of white goods i.e fridge,washing machine etc. when you rent a property.

Most unfurnished rentals will be just that, only the oven and stove included. Sometimes there will be a fridge, but you need to check with the owner or agent. Sometimes a place is advertised as partly furnished, but the furniture is usually pretty dire and mattresses suspect. Most places here are rented unfurnished for long term lets. Short term such as holiday or company lets will state they are fully furnished and the furniture etc is fairly new.
