I know one.:)

 

He is a pom and lives in Reynella East.

 

Nice bloke and VERY punctual.

 

He has recently done some work for us.

Have pm'd you, he arrived Dec & works direct labour but he has passed the relevant licenses & familiar with new builds (in & around Seaford Rise). Give him a call & tell him you spoke to me.
