Any builder recommendations for small reno project?

Hi all,

 

Have had a good look through past threads - the question's been asked before but not too many answers for the metropolitan Adelaide area.

 

We've been here nearly 3 years now, have just bought our first house in Oz and need a fairly small amount of work done as part of our renovations. Basically we need an internal door moved, a small non-supporting wall removed and a chimney breast removed. It's a single storey double-brick building. All been looked over by our building inspector, nothing supporting or weird - should be an easy job.

 

Has anyone got any recommendations for a builder they have personally used who is fully licenced, has done a good job, turned up on time and been reasonably priced?

 

We're based in West Croydon.

Lee is my brother in law, he's a no nonsense, honest, hardworking Yorkshireman. He's usually pretty busy and always happy to quote for new work. He was a builder in the UK and has his licences here.
