Best place for CHEAP fridge freezers?

We move on Fri and have no fridge freezer! Have been to Radio Rentals clearance shop and Harvey Norman clearance shop (South Rd) and come up with nothing. Any ideas? Also need a cheap mattress as Le Cornu have now told us that ours is out of stock until the end of the month

Have you tried 'the Good Guys' at Pooraka for the fridge and Ikea do nice matresses

You can also look on the yahoo groups Freecycle Adelaide and Free n Cheap in SA, as well as look on Gumtree Adelaide.

When we first arrived we got a fridge and a freezer (small ones but managed 6 months with us and 4 kids) got them from Big W for $160 each. We have just bought a big fridge freezer from goodguys and got a good deal as it was a display one but it did cost $1400. The little ones were a struggle but well worth the lesser amount when we first arrived and we now use them as a drinks fridge and overflow freezer.

why not try Adelaide Furniture on Port Road. Some of the stuff is 2nd hand but its all clean and in good nick. They also come with a guarantee. We got a new bed with mattress, massive fridge freezer and washing maching for $1500 and that includes delivery too.
