[Guest TC for short]

Does anyone know whether or not an Aussie set-top box will work in the UK? I haven't a clue what frequencies/formats are involved!

DVB-T standards are different in the UK, namely the channel bandwidth is 8MHz, compared to 7MHz used in the Australian system but it depends on what type of box you have you can check for suitability on this link http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/terrestrial/tuning/ Some STB's can be manually tuned others end up just plain old doorstops.
