Quotes required from Tradesmen please?

HI Guys

 

A good friend of mine is looking to get some quotes for her Mum's place, who is an elderly lady, and I thought some of you may be able to help me. I need to make sure that they don't get ripped off by sharks. They live in Old Noarlunga and require the following

 

Electrician

 

Installation of 3 x ceiling fans

Overall wiring check

Some plug sockets re-wired

 

Plumbing

 

Outside possible grey water/mains problem

 

Painting

 

Inside and outside of property inc skirting boards, window frames, doors, walls etc
