Thanks for your enquiry. I'm very negotiable with the lease term and can generally fit around your needs. When are you needing the house from and how long do you think you will require the lease for? I would prefer a 3-6 month term but longer is fine. Have you looked at the house on www.realestate.com.au. It's the lovely brick and sandstone at 2 Tamarind Walk in Aberfoyle Park.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Yes we have had a look - it does look lovely. At the moment we are looking for a 2 - 3 week furnished rental for when we first arrive. However we will keep you in mind for when we are looking for longer term once we have a better idea of where we want to settle.
