Hairdressing Job Advice/Help

[Guest Bather's]

Hi there

 

We are due to arrive on th 5th January, and i was wondering if any of you wise souls out there new of any Hair salons that would be taking on arround the Hallet Cove area or somewhere i could get to on public transport.

 

I am currently a mobile hairdresser but i am wanting to go back into the salon, and would be wanting to start work ASAP from landing in Oz.

 

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Hi my wife has a salon, At that time of year she shuts down for a few weeks as most people are on holiday In January and there is not much trade.

pleanty of foot work, go to the salons , have some sort of resume , basic info on your work history, include photo copys of your qualifications, it also helps you to get a feel of the salon when you walk in,

Dont think your have much trouble my OH came over as a hairdresser and got work straight away, just went in to the shop done a few haircuts got the job . Always seems to be work out there but the pay was enough for us so he changed his job.
